UK Government to address the nation after weekend of fury across country

 The UK's Home Secretary will unveil the Government's plans 

to tackle people smugglers" after the summer was dominated by criticism over the small boats crisis and asylum hotels. 

Yvette Cooper will outline reforms to the border security and asylum system as MPs return to Westminster for the first time since July.
