Emmanuel Macron has highlighted the 2015 Minsk Agreement among Kyiv and Moscow as the outline for a forward leap in the Ukraine emergency.

Following discussions with his Russian and Ukrainian partners, Macron said on Tuesday that the Minsk II understanding - which was pointed toward finishing the conflict in eastern Ukraine - is the "main way on which harmony can be assembled".
